Hajaratu Jaafaru (HAH-juh-RAH-too JA-fah-ROO) is a renaissance creative based in the Twin Cities of MN. They have always been a part of the creative and arts community starting from a young age picking up the violin in 4th grade switching to the viola in 7th grade and continued to play through the end of High school.
They started their creative career in the summer of 2020 during the Pandemic as a freelance model, now modeling for a whole year! Their main goal in modeling is to pave the way for other queer/BIPOC beings who are petite, quarky, fun size, independent, & of African & Latino descent to bring diversity and inclusion to the industry and everywhere! Not only is that important to them that the modeling industry needs to center around inclusivity and diversity but we can all agree that the modeling industry needs to do better at accountability and treating all models fairly! We are not Objects, We are Human begins!
